Noble Audio just dropped a new set of wireless earbuds—the FoKus Prestige Encore—and if you’re the kind of listener who cares about sound quality, these should be on your radar. Priced at $699, the Prestige Encore is Noble’s latest attempt to bring serious audio performance into the true wireless category, but without going overboard on flashy features or gimmicks.
Instead, it leans into what Noble does best: thoughtful audio design, practical features, and premium materials that give it a more handcrafted feel than your average set of earbuds.
Inside each earbud is a pretty ambitious setup. You’ve got four separate drivers working together—an 8mm dynamic driver for bass, two Knowles balanced armature drivers for the midrange, and a 6mm planar magnetic driver that handles the treble. Most wireless earbuds don’t go this far in splitting up the frequency ranges, but Noble’s goal here is clear: make each part of your music sound cleaner and more distinct.

That planar driver, in particular, is a standout. You typically see planar magnetic tech in larger over-ear headphones, not wireless earbuds. In this case, it’s used to boost clarity and responsiveness in the high frequencies—especially useful for people who love detail-heavy genres like jazz or acoustic music.
To help those drivers do their job more consistently, Noble also added a triple-vented metal nozzle. It’s not the kind of thing you notice at first glance, but it helps stabilize airflow and improve the seal in your ear, which can affect how steady the bass sounds and how well the earbuds isolate noise.
The FoKus Prestige Encore runs on Bluetooth 5.4 and uses Qualcomm’s QCC3091 chipset, which unlocks a whole set of modern audio perks. It supports high-resolution codecs like aptX Lossless, aptX Adaptive, and LDAC, so if you’re using a compatible device, you’ll get closer to what you'd expect from a wired connection.

It also supports multipoint pairing, meaning you can stay connected to two devices at the same time. That’s handy if you’re listening to music on your laptop but need to take a call on your phone. And with TrueWireless Mirroring, you won’t have to worry about which bud is the “main” one—either one can take over the connection seamlessly.
These earbuds come with hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC), which combines microphones on the inside and outside to cancel out ambient sound. There’s also a transparency mode, which lets outside sound back in when you need to hear your surroundings—great for commuting or quick conversations.
For calls and video meetings, the Prestige Encore uses a dual-mic setup with cVc noise suppression. It’s designed to cut background noise while keeping your voice sounding natural, which helps avoid that overly processed “robotic” tone some ANC earbuds can introduce.

Battery life is solid across the board. You’ll get up to 10 hours of playback per charge without ANC, or about 7 hours with ANC on. The included charging case adds another 25 hours, bringing total playback time to 35 hours.
Running low? A 10-minute quick charge will give you around 2 hours of listening time. The case charges via USB-C, though there's no mention of wireless charging support.
One of the more eye-catching parts of the FoKus Prestige Encore is the design. Both the earbuds and the case are made from solid CNC-machined wood, not just wood veneer or a plastic-lookalike. Each pair has its own natural grain pattern, so they all look a little different. It’s a nice touch that sets these apart from the sea of glossy black and white earbuds out there.

Noble also trimmed down the size of the earbuds compared to earlier models, aiming for a better fit and more comfort over long listening sessions.
A standout feature here is Audiodo Personal Sound, which lets you create a customized sound profile based on your hearing. Through Noble’s companion app, you run a short hearing test, and the earbuds adjust their output accordingly. The profile is saved on the earbuds themselves, so it sticks with you no matter what device you’re using.
The app also offers EQ customization, lets you remap the touch controls, and supports firmware updates and multiple languages.

Technical Specifications:
At $699, the FoKus Prestige Encore is definitely a high-end option. It’s not trying to be the everyday earbuds you toss in your pocket and forget about. It’s going up against models like the Sony WF-1000XM5, Apple AirPods Pro 3, Sennheiser Momentum 4, Bang & Olufsen Beoplay Eleven, and Bowers & Wilkins Pi8.
But instead of focusing on assistant integration or surround sound modes, Noble is betting there’s still a market for true wireless earbuds that care most about sound quality, personalized tuning, and unique materials.
If that’s your lane, the FoKus Prestige Encore is available now at Noble Audio's website and select retailers. You can also purchase Noble Rex5 for $449, Noble FoKus Mystique for $359, and Noble Amadeus for $320 at Amazon.
