Naim Audio is giving its CI-Uniti 102 streamer-amplifier a more conventional home-audio role with a new $99 accessory kit that adds raised feet, a dedicated remote control, and easier access to sound adjustments through the Focal & Naim app.
The CI-Uniti 102 was originally developed primarily for custom-installation projects, where components are often tucked away inside an equipment rack and controlled through an app or home automation system.
Naim’s new accessory pack doesn’t change the electronics inside the unit, but it does make the CI-Uniti 102 behave more like the sort of integrated streaming amplifier you might place directly alongside a TV, turntable, or other living-room equipment.
At the center of the new package are four raised feet designed to let the CI-Uniti 102 sit on a cabinet, media console, or shelf. Naim says the additional clearance also improves airflow around the compact chassis.
Technically, shelf placement isn’t entirely new. The existing CI-Uniti 102 package includes small adhesive rubber feet, so the amplifier can already be placed on an AV stand or inside a cabinet. The new feet are taller and more substantial, however, making the unit look and function more like a component intended to remain visible rather than disappear into a rack.
The other notable addition is a dedicated remote control. Previously, the CI-Uniti 102 leaned heavily on software and automation for everyday operation. The remote gives users direct access to volume, mute, standby, and radio presets without reaching for a phone or relying on a Control4, Crestron, Savant, RTI, or similar home-control system.
Underneath the home-friendly accessories, this remains the same compact two-channel CI-Uniti 102. Its Class D amplifier is rated at 150 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 260 watts per channel into 4 ohms. The unit measures roughly 11.75 inches square and just 1.75 inches tall without the new raised feet.

The HDMI eARC input supports stereo LPCM up to 24-bit/192kHz, while network playback supports files up to 32-bit/384kHz.
That combination makes the CI-Uniti 102 an interesting alternative to a conventional stereo integrated amplifier, particularly for someone who wants one compact box handling TV audio, streaming services, and passive speakers.
The accompanying Focal & Naim app changes are arguably just as important as the physical accessories. A dedicated Home mode now gives owners more direct access to settings that were previously associated with the CI-Uniti 102’s professional-installation roots. Users can adjust a four-band equalizer and configure crossover settings between the main and auxiliary outputs, which is particularly useful when building a 2.1 speaker-and-subwoofer system.
The CI-Uniti 102 also supports Focal speaker profiles through its integrated DSP, and Naim says its multi-room platform can be expanded across as many as 32 rooms.
The Naim CI-Uniti 102 is currently priced at $1,499 at Crutchfield in the U.S.
The new CI-Uniti 102 Home Accessory Box will cost $99 in the U.S. and $129 CAD, with availability scheduled to begin in October 2026.
That puts a home-oriented CI-Uniti 102 setup at roughly $1,598 before speakers. More importantly, the accessory kit changes who the product is aimed at. Rather than being primarily an installer-focused streamer-amplifier that happens to work in a normal room, Naim is now making a clearer case for the CI-Uniti 102 as a compact everyday hi-fi hub.
