Samsung and HARMAN Luxury Audio are teaming up to make some serious noise at CEDIA Expo 2025 — literally and figuratively. From September 3–6 in Denver, the two companies will share the largest booth on the show floor (booth #2512), packed with the latest home theater tech, smart integration demos, and a few brand-new products that AV pros won’t want to miss.

So, if you're into immersive cinema builds, whole-home installs, or outdoor AV setups that can survive the elements, this booth has something for just about every kind of residential project.

Instead of a bunch of disconnected gear sitting on shelves, Samsung and HARMAN are going all-in on a fully integrated experience. The booth will be broken into different “vignettes” — think mini-living rooms, media rooms, and patios — each one showing off how Samsung displays and HARMAN audio solutions work together in real-world setups.

The main event? A full-blown JBL Synthesis 11.4.8-channel home theater system. It’s loaded with surround speakers, subwoofers, and electronics meant to deliver the kind of immersive, wraparound sound that makes movie nights unforgettable. Expect big demos with formats like Dolby Atmos, DTS:X Pro, and Auro-3D.

Other highlights include a 7.1.2-channel setup using JBL Modern Audio and Stage 2 loudspeakers, paired with Samsung’s stylish “The Frame” TV — the one that doubles as an art display when you're not watching movies.

There’s also a completely hidden 5.1-channel system using JBL’s Conceal Series speakers, perfect for customers who want great sound without visible gear. And if you’re looking for smaller scale ideas, they’re showing an in-wall 3.1-channel system aimed at multipurpose rooms or whole-house installations.

Outdoor entertainment is growing fast, and Samsung and JBL are making sure it gets its share of attention at CEDIA. Samsung’s Terrace Full Sun TV will be shown alongside JBL’s outdoor audio solutions. The Terrace Full Sun display is designed to hold its own even under direct sunlight. It uses Neo QLED tech to keep things bright and vibrant, and it’s rated to handle water and dust — great for patios, decks, or poolside setups.

Paired with JBL’s rugged outdoor speakers, the demo will show how to build a weather-ready AV system that still looks and sounds like a million bucks. Samsung’s SmartThings app will also play a role here, letting you control JBL Modern Audio AVRs straight from the TV — something no other AVRs can currently do.

HARMAN’s not just showing off system demos — they’re also using CEDIA to officially debut a couple of new heavy hitters in their JBL Synthesis lineup.

JBL Synthesis SDP-80 surround processor.

First up: the SDP-80 surround processor. This thing is built for serious home theater builds with up to 36 channels of processing, support for all the major immersive audio formats, and full HDMI 2.1 support. That means it can handle 8K video at 60Hz or 4K at 120Hz — great for futureproofing installs.

It also features Trinnov Optimizer EQ (tuned for the HARMAN Target Curve), Roon streaming, and control system support for AMX, Crestron, and Savant. Long story short, it’s designed to fit seamlessly into high-end installs and give you precision tuning to match.

They’ll also show off the SMA Series amplifiers, including the:

  • SMA-4750: A 4-channel amp pushing 750W per channel at 8 ohms (and up to 1,800W when bridged).
  • SMA-8300: An 8-channel amp offering 300W per channel (or 1,200W when bridged).

Both amps include built-in DSP for EQ, delay, and limiter control, plus DANTE/AES67 audio networking for flexible routing. They're compact, stackable, and designed for quiet operation, perfect for racks in tight spaces.

HARMAN’s ARCAM brand is showing up with a refreshed Radia+ Series, including the A5+, A15+, and A25+ integrated amps. These all use proprietary Class G amplification for efficient, high-performance sound in sleek new enclosures.

Also debuting are the SA45, SA35, and ST25 — a mix of integrated amps and streaming gear aimed at modern installs where high-res audio, clean design, and app-based control are a must.

On the Samsung side, CEDIA attendees will get a chance to check out the full 2025 TV and soundbar lineup. That includes:

And maybe most exciting of all: a sneak peek at Samsung’s new Micro RGB TV. This new display tech is expected to push MicroLED even further, and while Samsung hasn’t shared full specs yet, it’s definitely something integrators will be curious to see in action.

If you’re heading to CEDIA Expo 2025, make sure booth #2512 is on your list. Samsung and HARMAN are putting on a full-system showcase that hits everything from immersive cinema to discreet multi-room setups to rugged outdoor AV — all tied together with smart integration.

HARMAN Luxury Audio will also host Manufacturer Training sessions during the show, so installers can get deeper into system design, tuning, and integration tips using all the latest gear.

If you're speccing your next high-end build or just want to see what’s around the corner, this is one booth that’s going to be hard to walk past without stopping.
