Bluesound’s new Dolby Atmos soundbars — the PULSE CINEMA and PULSE CINEMA MINI — are now officially available for pre-order through the company’s website. First announced last month, the two models are designed to offer immersive audio performance with multi-room streaming built in. Shipping is expected to begin on October 24, 2025.
Bluesound is offering two versions of its new soundbar, each aimed at a different type of room setup.
The PULSE CINEMA is the larger of the two. At 47 inches wide, it’s meant to pair with TVs 55 inches and up. It features a 16-driver 3.2.2 configuration with upfiring speakers for Dolby Atmos height effects, a dedicated center channel, and dual 4-inch woofers. Altogether, it delivers 500 watts of amplification.

If you're working with a smaller space — like a bedroom, den, or apartment — the PULSE CINEMA MINI might be a better fit. This compact 33-inch soundbar skips the physical upfiring drivers but still uses angled speakers and Atmos virtualization to simulate height. It’s powered by 280 watts and also features dual 4-inch woofers.
Both models are designed to blend in under a TV or be mounted to a wall. Automatic orientation detection adjusts the sound profile based on placement, so users won’t have to manually tweak anything after setup.
As of today, both soundbars are available to pre-order worldwide. Pricing is as follows:
These prices position the models above competitors like the Sonos Arc Ultra and Beam 2, but they also come with a broader set of connectivity options and integration features.

A key part of Bluesound’s pitch is what it calls “Simple AV” — a focus on high-quality audio that doesn’t require racks of gear or complicated wiring. Both the PULSE CINEMA and MINI include:
You can plug them in, mount them, and stream from almost any source without adding an AV receiver into the mix.

Both soundbars are powered by BluOS, Bluesound’s multi-room streaming platform. This gives users access to more than 20 streaming services, including Spotify, TIDAL, Qobuz, Amazon Music, and Deezer. Playback supports high-resolution audio up to 24-bit/192kHz, and the platform works with Bluesound’s BluOS Controller app, available on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
But the real advantage of BluOS comes when expanding beyond a single soundbar. Users can pair the soundbars with:
This setup enables wireless surround sound without the need for an AV receiver. A dedicated wireless module inside each soundbar uses BluOS Bonded Links to connect directly with rear speakers, helping reduce lag and improve audio sync during movies or games.

The new soundbars also work with control systems like Control4, Crestron, and RTI, making them easier to integrate into smart homes. This might appeal to users already using home automation platforms who want to keep everything centralized.
Both the PULSE CINEMA and PULSE CINEMA MINI soundbars are now available for pre-order on Bluesound’s official website, with shipments starting worldwide on October 24, 2025.
If you’ve been looking for a soundbar setup that can grow into a full wireless home theater system without committing to a full rack of gear, Bluesound’s new models offer a fresh take on flexible audio — and they’re finally up for grabs.
